Board of Directors

Warren County Oil is governed by a board of directors that is elected by the shareholders of the cooperative. The board consists of a president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer and four additional directors for a total of seven. Each director is elected to a three-year term. The three-year terms are staggered so all director terms don’t expire at the same time.

Our board is rich in experience and business knowledge. For example, some of the directors have work experience in agriculture, trucking, real estate, manufacturing and insurance. Some have college degrees, are veterans, retired or are former employees of Warren County Oil. All are determined to keep Warren County Oil the best propane and fuel supplier by providing a quality product at a fair price.
